1. Returns Eligibility

At SuperPets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used pet food

  • Medicines and supplements

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Products bought on clearance or special promotions, unless faulty


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


6. Return Process

Before returning any item:

  1. Contact SuperPets customer support

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
